Standing amongst a pile of litter, Leon scowls down at his phone, re-reading the text for the hundreth time, then shifts his gaze to level an equally peeved look at the crumbling building in front of him.

When Leon received a message from an unknown number, asking him to meet at an old factory on the outskirts of the city, he was instantly suspicious. While it had all the hallmarks of Ada’s flirty, directness, there was something about it that seemed a little off.

Didn’t stop him from going, though.

pAs far as he was aware, this particular borough of the city was mainly known for its poverty and crime. Regular, everyday crime of the mugging and shooting variety, which is a very sad distinction he has to make these days. There was no time nor date given to when he was suppose to be here. So when he feels the sting of a dart against the side of his neck, he’s not even that surprised. His muscles go weak, the world tilts and the last thought he has is that he hopes he doesn’t wake with too bad of a headache.
